He also has spoken at the National Association of Realtors Education Directors meeting as well as the NAR Education Director’s Workshop. He has spoken at the AEI Institute, RAPDD program in Wichita and several state association conventions including Tennessee, Wisconsin, Maryland, and Florida. He has served as Chairman for Professional Development twice, was ‘State Educator of the Year’ in 1997 and served as Chairman of the FAR Leadership Academy. Steve started in the real estate sales business in 1974 quickly rising to the top producing salesperson in CENTURY 21 Real Estate in Florida, selling over 100 million dollars in residential real estate during a 4 year period. That same year he started investing in real estate, and over 40 years later has owned or managed over 600 properties Cynthia DeLuca Cynthia DeLuca has written several CE courses for Florida REALTORS® as well as two GRI courses for the State of Nevada. She is one of the top GRI instructors in Florida and teaches many times each year. She is active in both her local area at the West Volusia Association of REALTORS®, and on the state level, with Florida REALTORS®. She has been featured in both the Florida REALTOR® Magazine and the National REALTOR® Magazine. Grant Simon Grant Simon is a 30-year veteran of the real estate and mortgage industry. Over the years he has received numerous awards and recognition for his work. Grant brings his knowledge and expertise to both teaching and course writing. He has been a staff instructor for the Florida REALTORS® teaching GRI courses and is the past President of the Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association. He graduated “with Honors” from the University of Florida and is originating loans and teaching Realtors across the country. Grant has written for the Orlando Sentinel and hosted talk radio shows and recently spoke at the state conventions for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
