EXTENSION OF LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE FOR REAL ESTATE LICENSES TO DECEMBER 31, 2020
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, on May 31, 2020, enacted the Emergency Order 2020-07, which extends the license renewal deadline until December 31, 2020.
If you are renewing your real estate license for the first time, you are required by the DBPR to take a 45hr post license course. All others are required to take 8hrs continuing education, 3hr business ethics, and 3hr core law. For a list of 45hr post licensing and continuing education courses please search our calendar.
