This case study driven class puts together all that was learned in the previous ACE classes and helps  agents to put into practice all the theory in the real world. We will look at investment properties to  calculate their returns, tax benefits, after sale proceeds, and how to help the customer to determine if it  is the right time to sell.

This class will allow agents to build on and review their knowledge of investment 
real estate and give them a safe place to practice their skills in these real-life scenarios. The best way to  learn is by doing and in this class that is just what we will do. Agents will do the hands-on analysis with  the type of information they can readily find just as if they were doing it for their own customer that just  walked in the door.
