Josh Kohn
Josh is a broker for Kohn Commercial Real Estate.  He joined the company in 2007 when he saw an opportunity for property management.  Josh has experience in repositioning under-utilized properties by changing the use of those properties and supervising any necessary transaction.



Jamie Rose Maniscalco
Jamie is a Commercial Advisor, Team Lead at APEX Capital Realty. She specializes in commercial land sales within Miami’s urban core neighborhoods and redevelopment sites across Miami and Miami Beach, with a primary focus on Edgewater & the Biscayne and NE 2nd Avenue corridors. At only 29 years old, she has already built a successful track record and achieved impressive milestones in her career. In 2019, she completed $26.36 million in sales volume and broke the Price/SF record with each of her sales that year.


Jamie has been awarded the 2018 Commercial Rising Star of the Year Award from the Miami Association of REALTORS and 2019 Rising Star Award from the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member at MIAMI Commercial, the Founding Chair of the Millennial Action Council (MAC) at the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the City of Miami Beach Next Gen Council. Jamie has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree specializing in persuasive communication from Bryant University in Rhode Island, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from the same.
