1pm to 4pm, please be on time, you can only miss 15 minutes of classroom time to qualify for the hours.

Zoom Link and Course material will be sent to class registrants the day prior to class.

Registration via the ZOOM link is REQUIRED to reserve your place and join the training session. Computer/Laptop/Tablet with internet access and audio is REQUIRED.After registering for the meeting, you will receive a confirmation, click on the zoom link provided.  Follow the instructions containing the Zoom meeting instructions; CLICK "ADD TO CALENDAR" to reserve the time in your personal calendar and save the join instructions. 

Saving the reservation to your calendar will provide an automated reminder about the session as well as the instructions to Join the session with the time comes.

When it's time to join the meeting, simply follow the prompts in your ZOOM calendar reservation. From your Computer/Laptop/Tablet, click the URL/link to join the event. Make sure your volume is turned up so you can hear the instructors when they start the session.


This course must be taken whether you are an "active" or "inactive" licensees. There is no final examination.

Florida Real Estate Salespersons must complete the 14 Hour Continuing Education Renewal that includes 8 hours of Specialty Credit, 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory) and 3 Hours of Ethics and Business Practices.This course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 8 Hour Specialty Credits you need to only take the 3 Hour Core Law and 3 Hours of Ethics and Professional Business Practices.

Richard H. Burch, CRB, CRS, GRI, TRC, e-PRO, AHWD

Richard H. Burch is the Director of the South Florida Real Estate School. Richard is a real estate broker and Miami native with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Richard is a past member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) board of directors as well as the Florida Realtors board of directors and has been named to the Florida Realtors Honor Society. 

Richard Burch was named Realtor of the Year in 2004 by the Miami Association of Realtors and served as the residential president in 2007 and was named Chairman of the Board in 2009.  Richard has also served as Broward County President for the association.  He has authored numerous real estate training courses and seminars for real estate professionals including the Foundations for Success series, and is a contributing author for a new 14 hour continuing education and 45 Hour Post Licensing textbook.  He was named Educator of the Year in 2010 by the Miami Association of Realtors and is a Florida licensed real estate instructor.

He brings his years of experience to the classroom and makes the learning environment both fun and informative for all students.
