• Search:  Actions (driving directions, stats, export, showing time);  Customizing Grids; Refine (show as, narrow, delete); Save (new auto email); Carts (creating new carts)
• Contact Manager:  Contacts (import/export), add new contact, active vs. inactive, reverse prospecting
