The Workshop will explain this important CRE Process within the Due Diligence phase. Understanding the real estate development process, converting a piece of land into a new retail center or office building may seem as easy as clearing some dirt, placing the foundation, and finalizing the construction of the building. Maybe it seems simple. There is more to it. Land entitlement is the legal process by which a developer or landowner gains all necessary approvals for a real estate development plan. And if you've never navigated entitling land or involved with a project in a new county or municipality, the process is extensive. Long, costly, convoluted, and could be at times, frustrating. But so essential if you ever want to get a building constructed or a residential land subdivision developed. This Workshop will show you the basics of this Process. A must for every CRE Agent promoting, selling land or developing with investors. Entitlement, why is it important? The Site Plan Approved defined.
