There will be an in-depth discussion of deposit disputes, specific performance, mediation, litigation, judgments, and settlement of these types of disputes. The course will cover common disputes which arise in residential real estate transactions and how to best handle those disputes. The course will also offer agents practice tips on dealing with deposit demands, common disputes, mediation and litigation.
