This course will explore the sometimes confusing concept of procuring cause.

National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual  defines procuring cause as the uninterrupted series of events that result in a successful transaction.  Join us for a review of terms, roles, and case studies. This class will provide members with some insight into how these disputes arise, what procuring cause is, how to file requests for arbitration, and how to potentially protect their interests while maintaining ethical standards.

If you have a disability and may require a reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this event please contact the Education Team at 305-468-7066 or Registration@miamire.com for a reasonable accommodation at least 48 hours before the class.
