Cynthia Shelton
Cynthia Shelton is the Senior Managing Director of the Investments and Capital Markets division and the Qualifying Broker for LandQwest Commercial Orlando. Having acquired extensive experience in the real estate industry since 1975, her focus is on the disposition of retail investment properties, including grocery-anchored centers, retail strip centers and single-tenant net leased (NNN) properties.
Previously the Director of Investments Sales for Colliers International, Cynthia concentrated on acquisition and disposition services to private and institutional clients and distressed property lenders. 

She was the former Vice President of Acquisitions for a NYSE Real Estate Investment Trust, where she 
acquired single tenant assets in excess of $300M.Cynthia has facilitated disposition and sale-leaseback services for tenants and owners. She has also worked in the development and site selection areas. Her experience allows her to provide an unmatched contribution for sellers to help analyze, sell and maximize their asset value. She stays current on capital market trends, allowing her to assist sellers and buyers with securing debt and refinancing.
