This course is designed to equip real estate agents with the knowledge and skills required to help themselves and their clients create passive income and build retirement plans through real estate investing. The course will cover a wide range of topics related to retirement planning, passive income, real estate investing, leverage, taxes, and alternative investment options, including the syndication model for real estate. Participants will learn how to find the best real estate deals and use financial metrics to select the right assets to invest in. By the end of the course, participants will be able to help their clients make informed investment decisions and create a successful real estate investment strategy that aligns with their financial goals.

After completing this real estate investing course, students will be able to understand the importance of passive income and retirement planning and connect with their "why" to stay motivated and focused on their investment goals. They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the different types of retirement accounts and their tax implications and implement real estate investing strategies to create passive income and navigate the impact of leverage and taxes on real estate investing. Overall, upon completion of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed investment decisions and create a successful real estate investment strategy that aligns with their financial goals.

Cesar A. Costa, MBA has been an educator for the past 18 years. He has developed, coordinated, and taught many MBA classes at Laureate Universities and other institutions. He is a faculty member of FAR (Florida Association of Realtors) and a member of the Education Committee of the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors. Cesar is currently the owner of HouseMaster Home Inspections. He is a licensed Realtor, licensed Home Inspector, licensed Mold Assessor, Certified Termite Operator, Certified Residential Thermographer, and Certified Sewer Line Inspector, among other credentials. Cesar is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Cesar is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has worked as a Marketing and Sales Executive for more than 20 years for large multinational companies such as Laureate Universities, Intel, Lucent Technologies, and Yahoo. Cesar has also been an educator over the past 18 years, developing,
coordinating, and teaching many MBA classes in Economics, Marketing, Sales, and Communications. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
