Course includes: 3 hours of Core Law (Mandatory) 3 hours of Ethics and Professional Business Practices (Mandatory) 8 hours of Specialty Credit (includes the 2-hour mandatory Fair Housing requirement) By completing this course, you will also fulfill the 2-hour mandatory Fair Housing requirement. The 14hr. Continuing Education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 8 Specialty Credits, you need to only take the 3hr. Core Law and 3 hours of the Ethics and Professional Business Practices. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate Licenses.
