Burch is the Director of the South Florida Real Estate School. Richard is a real estate broker and Miami native with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Richard is a past member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) board of directors as well as the Florida Realtors board of directors and has been named to the Florida Realtors Honor Society. Richard Burch was named Realtor of the Year in 2004 by the Miami Association of Realtors and served as the residential president in 2007 and was named Chairman of the Board in 2009. Richard has also served as Broward County President for the association. He has authored numerous real estate training courses and seminars for real estate professionals including the Foundations for Success series, and is a contributing author for a new 14 hour continuing education and 45 Hour Post Licensing textbook.
