Grant Simon
Grant Simon is a 30-year veteran of the real estate and mortgage industry. Over the years he has received numerous awards and recognition for his work.

Grant brings his knowledge and expertise to both teaching and course writing. He has been a staff instructor for the Florida REALTORS® teaching GRI courses and is the past President of the Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association.

He graduated “with Honors” from the University of Florida and is originating loans and teaching Realtors across the country.

Grant has written for the Orlando Sentinel and hosted talk radio shows and recently spoke at the state conventions for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Kudos include the 2002 Retail Originator of the Year award by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida.
