In this class we will be discussing Practical Pointers. This class focuses on conversations that are appropriate at the time of your interview with Buyers and Sellers. Lots of tips on the importance of pre-emptive strikes that will provide them information at the start of this relationship that may occur….in other words…..”the best defense is a good offense”!

• A thorough guide “filling in” the blanks of the contract
• Determining that a contract is fully executed by the appropriate parties

“Hot spots” in the contract Realtors need to be aware of are brought to their attention. Agents (new and “seasoned”) that sit in on this class several times walk away with new information each time!

Matey Veissi

Matey H. Veissi is the broker and co-owner of Veissi Associates in Miami. A leader in regional, state and national real estate organizations, Veissi has chaired virtually every committee for the Miami Realtors®, her local association, and was named its Realtor of the Year in 1996. She was the creator and charter member of the association’s International Council and a founding member of its Honor Society. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005 from the Miami association. She was also the 2016 president of Florida Realtors®.

Veissi is an associate professor at Florida International University’s College of Finance and a member of FIU’s Real Estate Institute Advisory Board and Women’s Mentoring Program. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors® (WCR) and the Master Brokers Forum. In the community, Veissi has volunteered for Camillus House for the Homeless, Habitat for Humanity, youth athletics, the YMCA and March of Dimes.
