Lydia Quesada, Atty
Graduate of University of Miami School of Law (B.A. 1995) with a double major in Criminology and Psychology. Magna Cum Laude 1999 from University of Miami. -Mrs.Quesada is of counsel to the firm Lydia C. Quesada is a double alumni from the University of Miami, having graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999 where she was a member of the Inter-American Law Review, and having received her B.A. with high honors from the University of Miami in 1995 with a double major in Criminology and Psychology. She is eligible to practice in all Florida state courts, in the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Quesada focuses her practice representing debtors and corporations in bankruptcy proceedings. She also handles commercial litigation and family law cases. She is a native Spanish speaker, and has also represented international clients in arbitration cases.
