Join us for an exciting and informative boat tour of the mixed-use Miami River. All attendees will receive a great take-away: Detailed handout highlighting the more than 13,000 new residential units and 30 restaurants in the more

than 40 buildings along the Miami River – these properties are in the permitting stage, under construction or have been completed.

The tour includes retail & marine industrial business sites in addition to learning more about ongoing Miami River improvements: the recently completed $89M Miami River Maintenance Dredging and Environmental Cleanup project,

the public Miami River Greenway (Riverwalk) under construction and the Miami Circle Park which is designated a National Historic Landmark.

There is a lot of good news along the Miami River!

Brett Bibeau, Executive Director of the Miami River Commission, will update you on what's happening, what's selling and what's not, and highlight restaurant and business opportunities.
