Adam Von Romer
Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM has over 30 years in the commercial investment real estate industry. He has written dozens of article and even appeared on TV. Adam is the author of “Getting Started In Commercial Real Estate Ten Step Program To Success” available on Amazon. In his career he has managed, steered, cajoled, or participated in nearly $1.6 Billion dollars’ worth of transactions. He has taught thousands of student the nuances of commercial real estate sales, leasing, marketing, and finance his in demand as a speaker and seminar leader and has spoken for NAR, FAR, NAIOP, Marcus & Millichap, and closer to home Realtors Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, The Realtors Association of Miami and the Beaches, The South Broward Board of Realtors. He routinely teaches classes for Lorman Education and other for profit Continuing Education providers. He is currently the Program Director for the Loan Committee Luncheon, and has served as Broward District Vice President of CCIM and State CCIM Technology Co-Chair. Adam lives in plantation with his family and seven rescue dogs.
