Jorge L. Guerra Jr. has seen the South Florida real estate landscape change from a stable market with a strong work ethic in the late 90s to a real estate boom where buyers were easily financed to an economic downturn fueled by inflated property values.
 
He’s taken what he calls a “clean canvas” and has begun to rewrite how South Florida real estate is bought, sold and leased. By leveraging technology, Guerra aggressively markets properties on a worldwide platform with next-generation tools, such as social media, virtual walk-throughs and online applications.
 
A third generation entrepreneur, Guerra opened Real Estate Sales Force or RESF in 2005. The real estate firm has grown to over 300 agents and currently has four offices in Coral Gables, Miami Lakes, Hialeah & Boca Raton.

Jorge L. Guerra Jr. was given the Platinum “Broker of the Year” award several years in a row by the Builders Association of South Florida and was a “Best Broker of Year” finalist in the South Florida Business Journal’s Up & Comers issue.  RESF was named “Real Estate Company of the Year” by the Latin Builders Association.
