Join us for a special presentation to learn about all the changes that have become effective for the real estate industry.
This presentation will explain the most recent regulatory changes, issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), that amend existing requirements for mortgage disclosures. The CFPB refers to the new disclosure forms as the “Know Before You Owe" disclosure forms. They are intended to help better understand the key terms of a mortgage offered and its associated costs, and to more easily compare different loan offers.
