This class will address several issues in commercial leases including Triple New Leases, CAM, 1031 Exchanges and more.  In this class you will learn:

1) Why there is no "form" commercial lease.

2) The difference between Net Leases, Full Service Leases, and Percentage Leases and what types of properties the various lease concepts typically apply to.

3)  The ways in which a seller can artificially bolster the leasing profile of the property to make it more attractive to buyers.

4)  The definitions of key commercial lease terms such as "CAM"

5)  How the terms of the leases affect the buyer's ability to obtain financing.

6)  The basics of a 1031 Exchange and a Reverse 1031 Exchange.
