Join us on August 30th to hear Roman Petra speak on how real estate professionals can help land buyers and sellers uncover the hidden value of real estate incentives, including EB-5 financing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, historic and rehabilitation tax credits, New Markets Tax Credit, and more.  Mr. Petra will also offer insight into a few projects currently utilizing incentives, including the Hudson Yard project, the largest real estate development in the U.S.   Real Estate incentives are a multi-billion dollar business development.  In short, it is how many real estate deals happen.  However, there are only a limited number of professionals in the real estate incentives business who understand how it works and who can reap the benefits.  What's more, millions in real estate incentives go underutilized every year.  For that reason, often, property owners do not know the true value that can be unlocked in their assets. Below are a few key insights that the course will address:

  1. Understand how incentives benefits the real estate.
  2. Gain insight how to generate leads using the various programs.
  3. Learn how some property owners finance their transactions.
  4. Get the latest happenings with EB-5
  5. Overview on CRA and how it can help eligible real estate transactions.
