We will look at the risks of investing and discuss the best ways to mitigate that risk for our investors. We will even take real properties and learn to do an analysis for our customer (or ourselves) to see how good a deal a property really is. In addition, we will look at real estate as compared to other investment types to give agents the ability to fully explain the benefits of our product to their customers and earn their business.
