Richard is a real estate broker and Miami native with over 32 years of experience in the real estate industry. Richard is a past member of the National Association ofRealtors (NAR) board of directors as well as the Florida Realtors board ofdirectors and has been named to the Florida Realtors Honor Society. Richard Burch (Rick) was named Realtor of the Year in 2004 by theMiami Association of Realtors and served as the residential president in 2007and was named Chairman of the Board in 2009. Richard has also servedas the first Broward County President for the association.
