Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to class Florida Real Estate Salespersons must complete the 14Hour Continuing Education Renewal that includes 11 hours of Specialty Credit and 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory). This course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 11 Hour Specialty Credits you need only take the 3 Hour Core Law. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate License. This is the only state required course for Sales Associates and Brokers and must be taken prior to renewing a license.
