This course must be taken whether you are an "active" or "inactive" licensees. There is no final examination. Course includes 11 hours of Specialty Credit and 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory). The 14hr continuing education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 11 Hour Specialty Credits you need to only take the 3 Hour Core Law. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate License.
