Michael Ninomiya

Michael spent 13 years on  Wall Street doing everything from running orders to floor trader. He helped develop 2 very successful teams trading Gold on the commodity exchange and on the American Stock Exchange. He transferred that skill to the mortgage industry when he moved to South Florida in 2003 and opened Global Mortgage Loan Corp as a one man operation from his home office. He grow Global Mortgage Loan Corp into a 16 person  operation that outgrow three offices.  In 2008, he moved to Wells Fargo Home Loans where he became a sales manager. Within 1 year of becoming Sales Manager, he recruited 7 loan officers into his new group. The group got so large Wells Fargo opened an entire new Branch just for his team and made him a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President (AVP) at the bank ~ that new branch swelled to 22 people ( his team or indirectly reported to him.)

In 2014 he joined VanDyk Mortgage, again with just himself and one office. In 16 months  he has built a team of 15 loan officers and 5 offices. In 16 months the new office has become one of the top funding offices for the VanDyk Organization.
