Core Law focuses on recent changes to state and federal real estate, highlighting both laws and rules. Florida Real Estate Salespersons must complete the 14Hour Continuing Education Renewal that includes 11 hours of Specialty Credit and 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory). This course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 11 Hour Specialty Credits you need only take the 3 Hour Core Law. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate License.
