Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to class This course must be taken whether you are an "active" or "inactive" licensees. There is no final examination. Course includes 11 hours of Specialty Credit and 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory). The 14hr continuing education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 11 Hour Specialty Credits you need to only take the 3 Hour Core Law. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate License.
