George Espinosa

George Espinosa is a dynamic Commercial Certified Business Real Estate Broker and Chief Executive Officer at Habitat Data, LLC. d/b/a Habitat Data Realty.  He has worked in management with Fortune 500 companies, such as Citigroup, AIG, Universal Studios/Joseph E. Seagram, AT&T, and as a Chairman, director and professor at InfoGenesis, Miami Dade College and other colleges and universities.  In commercial real estate, he has directed the commercial division of firms such as Keller Williams, Century 21, GMAC, and Avanti Way Realty.  Some of his expertise includes working in investments, projects, budgets, and operations as well as managing and training staff in small to large corporations.

With over 17 years as a Leader in the global business and management; and over ten years in commercial real estate and investments, he has gained a wide-ranging expertise in different areas.  George has worked globally in multicultural backgrounds, speaking different languages.  Besides his multiple expertise in management, marketing, information technology, consulting and sales, George is a life and business couch.

He holds a Master of Arts from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois and graduate level certifications in Computer Science and Education from Nova Southeastern University.  His Bachelor of Science Degree is in Information Technology, from the University of Tampa and studied architecture, design, and urban planning at the Central University of Venezuela.  He has been a licensed realtor, commercial, business mortgage Broker and financial/investment Advisor.
