Avi S. Tryson, Esq. is the Managing Partner for the firm’s Miami Office. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, complex commercial leases, community association law, and developer representation. Mr. Tryson has represented some of South Florida's largest developers and private investor groups in connection with their acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and management of commercial properties, including the legal design, creation, and operation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominiums, and planned developments. Additionally, Mr. Tryson has represented hundreds of condominium and homeowners' associations as general counsel and in collection and foreclosure matters. He has also represented major local and national institutional lenders on various large scale commercial transactions. Mr. Tryson is a Member of the Board of the Camillus House Young Leaders and also volunteers his time at the Chapman Partnership. He lives in South Miami with his wife Sasha and their daughter.
