DescriptionLocation This course is designed to assist Realtors with one of their three pillars of business Investor Purchases. During this fast paced three hour CE course we will cover the rules and regulations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Financing products such as Hybrid ARM’s and Fixed Rates will be utilized as examples. We will investigate investor appraisals including income and rent analysis forms. In certain locations an appraiser will be present to provide a short analysis regarding this type of appraisal. Other areas of focus will be home price appreciation/depreciation as reflected by The Federal Housing Finance Agency, property management, and qualifications. We will also discuss lead generation and prospecting to insure the ability to gain an additional transaction within the next 30 to 60 days.
