Often time's fantastic new careers are the result of the tragedy of being fired. Truer words were never spoken than when Tony Robbins said, "The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over again the same way, and expecting different results." This course breaks activities down into categories.
Work - You will learn how to track time to see how productive you really are. There is also much discussion on how important being organized is to success in the field. Computers, scanners, software programs, and PDA's are discussed at length.
Sales/Listing Process - Too often you work extremely hard, and have a mediocre level of success. This section will show you how to break down your relationship with your clients, both on the listing side and the sales side, which all must be successfully completed in order to close a deal.
Sales Skills - This side starts out with a subject called mental energy, which very few agents have heard of before. It measures one's ability to do that which is not natural behavior, and is integral to one's success.
Negotiating - After completing this, you will be able to recognize the various types of negotiators you will encounter in the field, and how to handle/deal with them.
Communication - There is a group activity done here which graphically points out the shortcomings of using acronyms and industry terminology.
Handling Objections - You will learn how to differentiate between an objection and a stall, and how to deal with each.
Closing Techniques - Actual phrases, and techniques to be used with clients. The art of closing is a lost art. Unfortunately "being good with people" is often not enough to be successful.
This is a very fun/interactive course with lots of group/audience participation. Everyone shares, and it is a tremendous/fun learning experience, where the 9 hours literally fly by.
