The most common Pitfalls and the Best Practices for Realtors in preparation for closing shall be reviewed. The main objectives of this Lecture is to provide Realtors with a deeper knowledge of Title Insurance and the Closing Process so that You may: (1) Have smoother Closings for You and your Clients; (2) Avoid Deals from falling through; and (3) Get Paid at the Closing Table.
