Branden L. Strickland is an experienced Florida real estate attorney specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Since 2005, she has represented buyers, sellers, developers, lenders and foreign investors in all facets of residential and complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the entire state of Florida. Ms. Strickland’s clients range from individual and private businesses to real estate developers and institutional lenders. Transactions range from the development, leasing, sale and acquisition of all types of commercial and residential properties, including condominium and mixed-use projects, to loan workouts, restructures and foreclosures. Ms. Strickland received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
